Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
Please return your items by post only to our warehouse at the following address:

Don’t forget to include the return slip in your parcel.
For an exchange, please contact our customer service department by e-mail before returning your item. Please note that returns of online purchases are not accepted in store, and vice versa.
Return time
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your items for a refund or an exchange. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned items must be unworn, unused and unwashed.
Items with tags removed or in poor condition will not be accepted. The management of Rêve Blanc reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.
Refund period
Refunds will be made by the same means of payment used for the original order, within an average of 14 days.
Defective item
If you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer service department by e-mail, enclosing photos of the faulty item.
If the defect is confirmed by our teams, we will send you a prepaid return slip and proceed with an exchange or refund if the item is no longer available.
Order picking error
